They were easy to deal with and had the product when local companies did not have it or could not deliver it. The only improvement could be them coming back to me and upping the shipping charge later vs the online quote. Otherwise, nice people, delivered in one week, and fair price.

Solid mower for the price. Quality feel, sturdy, and cuts beautifully. Engine is surprisingly quite and fires up effortlessly. Only minor issue with the lap bars do not align evenly, even after adjustment (only aesthetic).

Purchases at good price w free shipping minus curb side. Much needed, as most people don't have fork lifts. Mowtown delivered as promised in great condition. My one small complaint is the delay in shipping but I can't knock it since its free. Communication was great and would definitely buy from them again. Great company and good mower.

I've been looking for a certain model, and was getting no where! Went the Cub Cadet website and click on several dealers. got a call from Leanne at Mowtown Waldo Implement Inc. She was very helpful and was able to completely satisfy what I was looking for the price and the attachments as well. Leanne handled everything for me. She is great! Had a problem with the shipping company not being able to unload from the truck. This was a shipping problem. The Internet sales team at Mowtown helped resolve the problem and it was re-shipped with no problems. Cub ZT1 worked great.
