Shipping Information

 Lift Gate Service

In most cases, lift gate delivery is required for residential delivery of all two-stage snow throwers, three-stage snow throwers, and riding lawn mowers. The lift gate allows the unit to be lowered safely from the delivery truck to the ground, via a hydraulic lift. If your purchase requires a lift gate, please select that option during the checkout process.  If you choose not to do so and one is needed at delivery, you may have to reschedule the delivery.  We are not responsible for ensuring you choose this service. Snow blowers and lawn mowers are heavy pieces of equipment that usually weigh hundreds of pounds. The driver is not required to help in the unloading process. Some websites state 3 or 4 able bodied and people could unload these units. We strongly suggest you do not attempt this, to avoid potential injury or unit damage. 

Free Shipping Information:

*Some products MAY include a shipping charge.  This is generally based on size and weight and/or delivery location.

**On occasion, a shipping destination may be defined as a rural route and the carrier may charge extra fees.  If you purchase a product that is being shipped to this type of address, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to pay the shipping surcharge or arrange pickup from the nearest trucking terminal that the carrier uses.  If you choose to cancel the order, you will be refunded 100%.

California:  Many products cannot be shipped to California unless they are C.A.R.B. (California Air Resources Board) certified. 

Alaska and Hawaii:  For now, we have chosen not to serve Alaska or Hawaii, due to the high cost of shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note: Delivery may be from a semi or truck with a higher tailgate than depicted in any images.  

Delivery Coordination

The driver or dispatcher will generally call you the day before they expect to deliver, in order to verify someone will be available. If they can't get a hold of someone, they will try again in the morning to arrange a delivery time or alternate delivery day, if necessary. We will provide information on tracking and shipper contact to help make delivery an easy process.  Someone atleast 18 years of age will have to be available to sign for the delivery and check for visible damages.  

Please inform the driver if you have limited access to your home when you set up a delivery appointment. The unit will likely be on a semi.  If a smaller truck is needed, please let the driver/dispatcher know this during the call.  This is an important part in ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Estimated Processing and Transit Time

Generally, it takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. Most 2-stage snow thrower orders will ship the second business day after ordering. After the order ships, the transit times will vary by location and freight carrier. Shipping generally takes 2-6 business days. We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Tracking information will be provided via email, when it becomes available.  We strive to provide the best customer service possible.

Looking for Damaged Shipments

Please take time to inspect your purchase. We take great pride in packing your order to prevent damage. Damage must be noted on the delivery invoice before you sign. If the carton is damaged on the outside, please note on the delivery invoice "Possible concealed freight damage". Although damage is visible on the carton, it's likely no damage has occurred to the product. Open and inspect the product, call or email us if damage has occurred. If there is major visible damage, please refuse the delivery and note on the delivery ticket "Refused, major damage". In any case, we will absolutely take care of you, our customer. All shipments are insured for the purchase price less taxes and shipping.
