Lift Gate Service

lift-gate is a hydraulic lift device used to raise and lower freight from the delivery truck to the ground.
Lift gate service is almost always necessary for residential deliveries

IMPORTANT: ALL shipments are delivered curbside.  You are responsible for getting the equipment into your driveway, garage, shed, etc.
Please note: While some drivers are kind enough to assist, they are NOT required to do so.   If you require assistance with moving your equipment, please call us to set this up.

*You do not need lift gate service if you are able to unload the freight via forklift or loading dock.
Please let us know if you do not need lift gate service or if delivery is to a business.  It may shorten your delivery time.

To avoid potential injury or
equipment damage, do not attempt to unload the freight by hand.

Shipment Tracking & Delivery Coordination

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships.  You will be able to track your shipment by clicking on the tracking link at the top of the page.

If delivering to a residence, the carrier will call you to set up a delivery appointment once the freight is near the destination terminalThe carrier will not deliver to a residence without an appointment.  An adult must be available to inspect and sign for the freight at delivery as well.

Semi Access

You may request a smaller delivery truck if a full size semi-truck and trailer cannot access your location.  Please inform us of this in the "note" section of your order.Feel free to call us as well if you'd like.

IMPORTANT! If you do not let us know that a smaller truck is required, there will most likely be a delay in your delivery. Also, some carriers that we select do not have smaller trucks available at every terminal. Letting us know ahead of time allows us to schedule your shipment with a carrier that can accomodate your needs.

Estimated Processing and Transit Time

Generally, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. While we make every effort to ship orders the same day they are received, sometimes this is just not possible.

Equipment orders are generally delivered anywhere from 2-10 business days. However, depending on distance, and appointment times, it may take 14 or more business days for your order to arrive. Transit times vary by the type of delivery, delivery location, and freight carrier.  Please call us for a more accurate estimate.

*Note: For residential deliveries, the "estimated delivery date" seen on your tracking information is the day which the delivering terminal receives the shipment. It is NOT your actual delivery date. Once the shipment is received, delivery personnel will call to schedule a delivery appointment with the consignee/recipient.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Please take time to inspect your order once it arrives.  Open the box up, remove the packaging, etc. and look over the equipment for any imperfections or damage. Thoroughly inspect the freight while the driver is still there. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION OF YOUR PURCHASE.

*Any visible damage or concern of concealed damage must be noted on the delivery invoice before you sign.
If the box is damaged, please note on the delivery invoice "Possible concealed freight damage".
Keep in mind, although damage may be visible on the crate/box, it's very likely that no damage has been done to the product. You still need to check it though.

Please call or email us if you see product damage.

If there is visible damage to the equipment, please take photos and refuse the delivery. Next, note the reason on the delivery ticket: "Refused Due To Major Damage".

Call us immediately to discuss the damage and we'll work with you on a resolution.
No matter the case, we will do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
