Lift Gate Service

     

lift-gate is a device used to raise and lower items from ground level to the level of a tractor trailer. Freight companies deliver items on a tractor trailer which is approx 56 inches above the ground. These trailers are designed to load and unload at a loading dock or with a forklift
Lift gate service is necessary for all residential deliveries unless you have a loading dock, forklift, etc. to unload the crate/pallet off the back of a full size semi. 
Shipments are delivered curbside.  You are responsible for getting the equipment into your garage, shed, etc.
If you need lift gate service, please select that option during the checkout process. It is $50. 
If you choose not to order lift gate service and it is needed at delivery, you may have to reschedule the delivery. 
You will be charged re-delivery & lift gate charges.  
We are not responsible for ensuring you choose 
lift gate service during checkout.

**Snow blowers and lawn mowers are heavy pieces of equipment that weigh hundreds of pounds. The driver is not required to help in the unloading process.

We strongly suggest you do not attempt to unload the semi by hand to avoid potential injury or unit damage.

Free Shipping Information

*Some products MAY include a shipping charge.  This is generally based on size and weight and/or delivery location.

**On occasion, a shipping destination may be in a high cost area and the carrier may charge extra fees.  If you purchase a product that is being shipped to this type of address, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to pay the shipping surcharge or arrange pickup from the nearest trucking terminal that the carrier uses.  
If you choose to cancel the order, you will be refunded 100%.

California, Alaska, and Hawaii

California:  Many of our products cannot be shipped to California unless they are C.A.R.B. (California Air Resources Board) certified. If the model # ends in 010, it cannot be shipped to California.

Alaska and Hawaii:  For now, we have chosen not to serve Alaska or Hawaii, due to the high cost of shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery Coordination

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  You will be able to track your shipment by clicking on the tracking link at the top of the page.

The carrier will call you at least 24 hrs. ahead of time, to set up a delivery appointment. 
You must confirm the appointment.

Most outdoor power equipment is delivered via semi. Please inform the carrier at this time if the delivery location has limited access. This is an important part in ensuring a smooth delivery process. 
*Please note: If a smaller truck is required, there may be a delay in delivery.

Estimated Processing and Transit Time

Generally, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Outdoor equipment orders will ship the same business day if they are received by 12pm.  If the order is received after 12pm, it is likely to ship out the next business day. We make every effort to ship orders the same day they are received
While most orders are delivered within 7 business days, it may take up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. Transit times vary by the type of delivery, delivery location, and freight carrier.  Please call us for a more accurate estimate.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Please take time to inspect your order once it arrives.  Thoroughly inspect the freight while the driver is still there.
Any visible damage or concern of concealed damage must be noted on the delivery invoice before you sign.  
If the carton is damaged on the outside, please note on the delivery invoice "Possible concealed freight damage". Although damage may be visible on the crate/box, it's very likely that no damage has been done to the product.

Please call or email us if any product damage has occurred.

If there is visible damage to the equipment, please refuse the delivery and note on the delivery ticket:
"Refused Due To Major Damage".  Call us immediately to discuss the damage and work out a resolution.
