Delivery Nightmare

Courier selection and communications between vendor and courier left a lot to be desired. Mower was shipped from Wisconsin to Columbia, Missouri where original courier was located, about 100 miles away from final destination. Courier delivered to final destination only to be unable to offload mower. Mower was brought back to Columbia , MO where it sat for over another week. Vendor had to arrange for another courier to deliver. Second courier located in Sauget, Illinois mower was transported from Waldo, Wisconsin to Columbia,Mo to O’Fallon, MO back to Columbia,Mo to Sauget,I’ll and back to O’Fallon, MO. When it FINALLY reached it’s destination it had sustained damage to steering wheel and arm rest along with minor cosmetic damage to plastic components. Vendor did compensate for damages but the delivery debacle taught me to buy local.
