Good product with issues
The snow thrower was delivered a bit late, as the local delivery company botched the Friday delivery so I had to wait a few days longer. Thank goodness it did not snow. Also the chute raise and lower control does not work properly as the control handle will not stay in the adjustment notch location and pops out. Lastly, I live in Michigan and Lowes is the designated dealer in my area. This seems odd, as I do not consider Lowes as a source for mechanical support so it is not clear where I need to go for support.
