The Cub Cadet Extended Warranty is available for residential products only. Eligible Cub Cadet products include residential walk-behind mowers (push and self-propelled), snow blowers, and ride-on mowers (garden, lawn, and residential zero-turns).

Can the Cub Cadet Extended Warranty be financed with a Cub Cadet unit?

Yes. The Cub Cadet Extended Warranty can be financed with a Cub Cadet unit.

Does the Cub Cadet Extended Warranty cover pickup and delivery costs?

As an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty, transportation and travel expenses are not covered. Mowtown Waldo Implement Inc. has a pick up and delivery fee of $65.00 for customers within a 20 mile radius.

What are the benefits for purchasing a Cub Cadet Extended Warranty?

Your extended warranty will be tied to the serial number of your unit.

If attachments or accessories are purchased with the unit, are they covered as well?

No, the Extended Warranty is tied to the unit only. Attachments and accessories are not included in the Extended Warranty.

Will I receive a confirmation of coverage after purchase?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and welcome letter from Cub Cadet that includes the terms and conditions of the Extended Warranty. An email address must be provided in order to complete the transaction.

Can the Extended Warranty be purchased when the manufacturer's warranty expires?

No, an Extended Warranty can only be purchased up to 2 years after the purchase date of their unit.

Where should Cub Cadet units be taken for Extended Warranty service?

Cub Cadet units should be taken right to our service shop, located at 1200 West First Street, in Waldo, WI. If you are an out-of-state customer, you can take your equipment to any authorized Cub Cadet dealer that offers service.

Is there a deductible when using the Cub Cadet Extended Warranty?

No, there is no deductible under the Cub Cadet Extended Warranty.

Can an Extended Warranty be purchased for units previously sold?

Yes. The Cub Cadet Extended Warranty can be purchased up to 2 years after the sale of a unit.
