inoperative electric deck lift motor

Leanne very helpful but tractor arrived and electric deck lift doesn't and never did work. I contacted Cub cadet tech directly and they referred me to a local dealer for repair. They will pick up unit this Friday 4/6. When I spend this much money and have to go thru a bunch of BS to get brand new unit repaired it's pretty frustrating.

We're so very sorry that this happened. I hope you found everyone here at Mowtown to be helpful, but I definitely appreciate the compliment. Unfortunately we had no way of knowing the deck lift was inoperable before shipping. Please know, we would never have shipped it if we had known. I hope your local dealer gets it fixed quickly and back to you. We truly appreciate your patience throughout the entire ordering process. I am very happy with

I am very happy with the tractor and deck so far. Have only used it for about 1.5 hours because of the rain. The folks at Waldo Implement Inc were great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy other things from them.
